On 29th October 1917 was made a test flight of a bomber DH-4 (American version). After the test period was started serial manufacture of the bomber. The aircraft was used in battles during World War I. After the war the manufacture was stopped.
On 29th October 2007 in London died general of brigade of Polish Army Tadeusz Andersz. He was born on 27th September 1918. Before World War II started he took piloting course. He didn’t fought in the September Campaign though. He went to France, and then to Great Britain. He served in No. 315 fighter division, and then became a commander of this division. After war for a short while he was a commander of No. 302 fighter division. Since 1973 he was a vice president of Association of Polish Aviators.
