Today in aviation history – 22nd February

On 22nd February 1925 Geoffrey de Havilland made a test flight of a British aircraft DH.60 Moth G-EBKT. It was constructed for sports, training and travelling purposes. It was constructed in De Havilland Aircraft Company. The aircraft was popular not only in Great Britain but was also used in Canada, Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Iraq, Brazil and Poland.
