Today in aviation history – 23rd January

On 23rd January 1909 was made a round flight od Blériot XI aircraft, which was constructed by Louis Blériot and Raymond Saulnier. The entirely wooden construction was powered by 3-cylinder Anzani engine of a power of 25 KM. On 25th July 1909 Bleriot flew across the English Channel in this aircraft.
