Arianespace is to gain from knowledge acquired by seniors through their experience – and will increase the emphasis on hiring younger people – as the result of an agreement that ensures the perspectives and capabilities of these two age groups is available to the company.
The agreement, called “Generation Contract,” promotes the sharing of views and assessments by senior personnel who have accumulated their knowledge from long careers in industry, while also promoting the recruitment of a new generation that offers a fresh viewpoint on business, management and technology.
Arianespace Chairman and CEO Stéphane Israël signed this accord with Bruno Ferry, the company’s central union representative.
