On June 01, 2015 in a festive atmosphere Aeroflot has performed its first additional flight on the route Moscow — Hamburg. The flight has been warmly welcomed by Aeroflot German office in Hamburg and airport staff with the water salute and a celebratory cake.
An additional flight to Hamburg will be operated on a daily basis from Sheremetyevo Airport Terminal D on А320 family aircraft, scheduled as follows:
— SU 2348 flight leaves Moscow at 15:55 and arrives to Hamburg at 17:50 (local time).
— Return SU 2349 flight leaves Hamburg at 18:50 and lands in Moscow at 22:30(local time).
German market is one of the most important for Aeroflot route network. As a port city and a major transportation hub Hamburg attracts millions of tourists every year. Thus this destination has shown a steady growth of passenger traffic during recent years — 18.6% in 2014.
