FLARIS LAR 1 will fly in just a few weeks! Test pilot, instructor and engineer Henryk Szkudlarz will be the first pilot to take it into the air. Flaris will take off from the airport in Bydgoszcz, where the plane is currently undergoing ground tests (taxiing and runups).
– Many enthusiasts of our plane have been asking about the possibility to witness its maiden flight. However, we are planning to show Flaris in flight only after the first series of flight tests – says Rafał Ładziński, the originator and manufacturer of the jet. – We would like to thank you for your tremendous support. It is also thanks to our fans that Flaris will soar the skies, after six years of hard work.
