Aeroflot Presents New Menu in Business Class

Starting from February 1, 2015 Aeroflot business class passengers are offered an updated menu. New menu was developed by the team of professionals with international recognition.
Passengers could try culinary masterpieces by Thierry Mona — the chef of LSG Sky Chefs — and dishes from the virtuosos of international gastronomic scene: Michelin starred French chef Joel Garo and eminent experimenter Andrey Shmakov, participants of the international festival «Russian Gastronomic Seasons» in Monaco.
Those with the most demanding taste could be pleased by roasted duck leg with red cabbage and berries with Red Wine sauce by Andrey Shmakov, chef of Moscow Metropol Hotel restaurant, or monkfish with black rice, asparagus and cherry tomatoes with mandarin sauce with saffron by Joel Garo, chef of Le Vistamar de l’Hôtel Hermitage Monte-Carlo restaurant. Your dinner could be finished with a dessert: elegant and light carrot cake prepared by Kamel Benamar of Moscow’s Vanile restaurants.
«Aeroflot takes the quality and variety of food offered on board very seriously, and involves top chefs and confectioners in the creation of the menu,» said Aeroflot CEO Vitaly Saveliev. «A healthy and balanced menu is a responsible choice for us. Top-quality ingredients and recipes, perfect presentation and top-class service are crucial success factors for Aeroflot’s in-flight menu».
All meals are traditionally developed on the basis of healthy eating principles and comments and recommendations of our passengers.
