VISTARA, the new carrier based in New Delhi, has signed long term Flight Hour Services Tailored Support Package (FHS-TSP) contracts with Airbus starting this year with the entry into service of its 20 A320 leased fleet.
The FHS-TSP contract provides an integrated and guaranteed service ranging from Components supply and repair to full airframe maintenance and engineering service. An on-site Airbus team will manage daily maintenance activities (e.g. spares, warehousing, line, engineering, checks) ensuring VISTARA’s highest aircraft technical dispatch and operations.
This latest selection by VISTARA re-affirms airlines’ confidence in Airbus’ FHS value and expertise to secure and optimize operations. It also marks an important step in Airbus’ FHS strategy to play a major role in the A320 maintenance market by providing innovative and competitive solutions.

Airbus’ FHS now covers more than 150 aircraft with operators of A320, A330, and A380 fleets.
VISTARA is the name of the joint venture between India’s Tata Sons and Singapore Airlines. The new carrier, announced in 2013, will be a full-service airline based in New Delhi.
