On 1st August 1919 at the Mokotów airport in Warsaw was opened officer’s school for aerial observers. It educated candidates for observers and trained aviators who didn’t poses this specialty. The trainings were carried out by Polish and French instructors. Then school was moved to airport in Toruń.
