The Collings Foundation operates T-33A #51-6953 out of the Foundation’s Houston / Ellington Field base. Just recently, the T-33 was meticulously repainted to represent a support aircraft of the 111th Fighter Bomb Squadron, 136th Fighter Bomb Group. The 111th is known as “Ace In The Hole” squadron.
