On 5th February 1960 there was made a test flight of aircraft PZL TS-11 Iskra, which was designed by Tadeusz Sołtysiak. Iskra was a school and training jet-propelled aircraft that reached speeds of 720 km/h. It was the first polish jet-propelled aircraft.
