AgustaWestland, a Finmeccanica company, is pleased to announce a string of new VIP orders from different leading customers in Italy, thus further expanding its presence in this key market with its new generation helicopter models which feature the levels of safety, comfort, performance, technology, style and highly customized solutions the most demanding operators are looking for.

Contracts for a total of three AW139 intermediate twin and one GrandNew light twin helicopters have been signed by various private customers across the nation to provide VIP and corporate transport services.

The GrandNew helicopter is a market leader in serving the needs of the corporate community and combines the highest performance and the roomiest cabin in the light twin category. The spacious cabin allows for choice in a 5 or 6 seat configuration, which is custom-tailored and finished to the highest levels of craftsmanship. The elegant interior, whose visibility is given by two large windows, has been exclusively designed to meet the highest standards of comfort, with internal noise further reduced by efficient soundproofing.
